  1. INTRODUCTION
    AgileWare is a website held by a group of friends that takes the user’s privacy seriously and it is committed to respecting it. This privacy policy describes the processing of personal data carried out by the site www.agileware.org and the related commitments undertaken. The site does not store your personal data when you visit and use the services and features, but if you choose to view the site you implicitly accept our privacy policy. No personal data of the user is collected in the sections of the Website. It is not expected that personal or third parties data will be stored.

  4. DATA CATEGORIES
    The Site visit and consultation do not involve the user’ personal data collection and processing. Personal data will not be collected. Profiling cookies are not used, only anonymous information is traced like the number of visits, countries of origin, etc… IP address of origin is NOT traced.
  5. COOKIES AND NAVIGATION DATA
    The Site does NOT use profiling “cookies” and in the event that the user uses the Website, he/she uses technical cookies, that will not be stored. In this case, the user consents to the data processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  6. SUBJECT’ S RIGHTS
    If the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes this Regulation, have the right to lodge, in the cases provided for, access to their data and the correction, cancellation or the limitation of processing that concerns them or to oppose the data treatment (Articles 15 Reg.679/2016).

  7. RIGHT OF LODGE A COMPLAINT
    Interested parties who believe that the processing of their data carried out through this site takes place in violation of the provisions of the Rules have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the Regulations, or to take appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Rules).
